Return Policy

Let’s keep this simple.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know right away so we can make it right as expeditiously as possible. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received. That gives us time to worth with the distributor, who has a 30-day policy for returns.

We work with a third part distributor (Printful). So to process your return, we ask that you send us the following information regarding your order:

  • Full name (first, last)
  • Order number (e.g., receipt or proof of purchase)
  • Photos of the misprinted/damaged/defective item(s)

Once we receive this information, we can initiate a return. Keep in mind that our distributor will not accept any merchandise that has been altered, washed, or otherwise manipulated beyond its original packaged condition or intended use.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted within 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.
